Senior dogs

Keep changes small and pay attention to whether a “DST problem” is actually revealing a new senior-health issue.
Dogs with diabetes or time-sensitive medication schedules
This is the exception where a casual one-hour DIY shift can be inappropriate. VCA notes that many diabetic dogs receive insulin on a consistent schedule, commonly about every 12 hours, linked with feeding.
